Pre-punching Outlet Hole Flexible Pipe Production Line
The pre-punching holes outlet hose production line is the latest equipment developed by HWYAA Company for the water-saving irrigation sector. The products produced by this equipment are pre-punching hole composite hoses, primarily used for transporting irrigation water in main pipelines for agriculture, landscaping, and other applications. These products are made using PE composite woven fabric, with pre-installed connectors, and then heat-sealed. The advantages of this product include good pressure resistance, large pipe diameter, and ease and speed of connecting branch pipes during irrigation.
The pre-punching hole composite woven water belt production line consists of seven parts: unwinding device, storage belt device,pre-hole setting device, storage belt device, water-blocking strip welding machine, hose welding device, and dual-station winding device.

1.Unwinding machine
(The unwinding device is controlled by a tension control system, equipped with an auxiliary alignment correction system to ensure the material unwinds at a constant speed without deviation.)

2.Pre-punching hole machine
