Single screw extruder
According to raw materials, the screw optimizes composing separate type screw and mixing parts. Barrel optimizes composing groove barrel and lengthened feeding segment. It's optimized during material melting process. Thus get more extrusion throughput. It's realized extruding melt material in low temperature. It has wide manufacture range for different materials. It's suitable for all kind of polyolefin materials and especially for material for HDPE,PP,ABS. If equipped with relevant auxiliary engine, it can process many kinds of plastic products, such as film, pipe, rod,board,silk,tape,the insulating barrier of cable and hollow products and so on. It also can be used for pelleting.
